Low Fuel Quantity Warning System
|
210 Pilots are familiar with fuel indicating
problems that can occur when the aircraft is fueled on a slant or parked on a slight
hill for an extended period of time, causing fuel to leak. Although you may have
replaced your gauges or installed expensive fuel computers, there is a never 100%
certainty about fuel quantity. Sometimes the results can result in an emergency landing
or worse! Now there's a foolproof system available - the O & N Low Fuel Quantity
Warning System.
Low fuel sensors are installed in each main wing tank with warning
indicator lights installed near the fuel quantity gauges. If either light turns red,
you are warned that 6-7 gallons remains in that tank, allowing plenty of time to
land and re-fuel. This simple system can assure the safety of yourself and your passengers,
and put to rest those nagging doubts about the accuracy of your fuel gauges. Installation
requires approximately 7 man-hours.
FAA-approved for Cessna 210 & T210 L, M, N & R - and P210 N & R

Rudder, Elevator & Aileron Control Surface Modification
Adds stiffening
and 100% mass balancing to improve flutter margin of safety. Design FAA Engineering
Ground Vibration and Flutter Tested. Similar to control modification performed on
the Allison-powered Silver Eagle.

Three complete rib assemblies and one trailing edge rib are added;
2/3 of tip weight is removed and 100% mass balanced by adding two balance weights
at rudder bottom leading edge.
|
 | Elevator:
One-third of tip balance
weights removed and 100% mass balanced by adding two
balance weights to center torque tube. |
 | Aileron:
Similar to 1985-86 Cessna R Model 210, four new ribs from forward
spar to trailing edge; 100% mass balanced with new weight added to inboard leading
edge.
